 Made from pure yellow habanero chillies roasted alongside peaches, garlic and a good splash of bourbon whiskey. Finished with lime, vinegar and our secret spices making this one punchy sauce. The perfect marinade for chicken, prawns or roasted vegetables. An ideal sauce for BBQ meat or to flavour your favourite soup.  

  Made from pure red habanero chillies, smoked over cherry wood for six hours. Finished with premium herb infused vinegar, roasted garlic and brown sugar for a sweet, tangy kick. The perfect sauce for nachos, tacos and smoked meats.
